All orders ship within 1-5 business (or vacation) days.

 Orders may NOT be cancelled once they are placed.

If your order does not arrive within 30 days (due to shipment delays/ issues), please email customerservice@norvellruiz.com and we will give you further instructions on filing a claim with the shipping organization that was used. We at Norvell Ruiz LLC are not responsible for the delay or condition of the package once it has left our possession.
